Cheerleading in the park

I had just finished up a shoot for a family and as I was leaving, I ran in to these cheerleaders from a local high school engaged in a casual photo shoot. The mother of one of the girls was changing a battery in her camera so I offered to take a few photos; they agreed to smile. That's what I call a win-win situation.

    Dang! That is good. You would never know that it was done on the fly and not a staged shoot.

    The compsition really popped out at me... I love how they are all situated. Didi they just end up being that way or did you tell them where to go? Either way it looks great!

    Thanks Emily. Yeah, I directed them a little. You don't want heads to line up vertically and the triangular orientation is naturally pleasing.
