My brave cousin - part II
You may remember that my cousin Amy had a bout with breast cancer last year and that she asked me to photograph her and her family as they shaved her head as her hair began to fall out. Here's the link in case you missed it: http://bkbarnesphotography.blogspot.com/2009/06/my-very-brave-cousin.html.
I'm happy to report the rest of the story. Amy is recovered and doing very well. I really like the short hair and hope she stays with it. She totally pulls it off.
She stopped by the studio yesterday while doing errands and I persuaded her to sit for the camera. I grabbed five or six shots. Here's a representative photo.

More Cosette & Kelsey
Here are Cosette and Kelsey. They are so fun to shoot, so in to the work and very comfortable in front of the lens. These first three shots were done at ISO 3,200. If that means anything to you, you should be impressed with the hardware. If you don't know what that is, it ain't a big deal (well, it is to me).

Dor & Aneba
What a nice couple! And they have been so patient waiting for their album. I'll probably put a few shots up here as I go through the photos getting them ready for the album.

Up close

Archiving some photos today, I ran across this one that I had posted before. I edited it again, I quite like this shot, and am reposting it. Same shot, just different crops. Interesting how the crop affects the mood.
