Martin Howey - the Audie Murphy of cycling

I've been after Martin for some time to come in to the studio with all his cycling medals. He is the most highly decorated cyclist probably in all cycling. He's a modest man and wouldn't say anything about all these medals. I happened to spot them in a pile in his office after he'd moved in to his new house and before he could hide them away.  You can see his state champion jersey here and the yellow one below is the Overall Champion jersey from the Huntsman Senior Games.  I think he has several of them.

Two Wheel Jones grand opening

Our friends at Two Wheel Jones bike shop will be opening a new addition to their store on Saturday. I've produced some images that will be used in the new store. These three images below will be in the front window. The first one will be almost 10 feet x 12 feet in size. The other two will be smaller, about 3' x 4'. Come take a look at what they're doing. Just Google Two Wheel Jones.

EOP

Had the pleasure of photographing the Two Wheel Jones gang as they rode out to EOP - a favorite local ride. Travis will be enlarging his store here pretty soon and we're going to use photos from recent shoots throughout the store.

More biker action

Went up again to a nice vantage point with some of the fine cyclists from the Two Wheel Jones gang to do some more publicity photos. The weather and light was fine, the cyclists skillful and nimble and the light worked most of the time. Here are a few shots from the evening. More to come in the morning. It's late and I've got a big ride myself in the morning.

Cycling Fury

Inspired by the dramatic covers of some cycling magazines, I took a local legend out to one of the nearby hills for some ride-by shooting, so to speak. This was a test - more to come.
